Oneira Talent Solutions is supporting a CMA licensed asset manager in Riyadh seeking a Senior Relationship Manager, Private Wealth (VP/Director) to join their wealth management team. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The firm operates as a boutique, offering direct access to decision-makers and genuine ownership of a client book.

Role Focus and Responsibilities

The primary mandate for this role is growth, focusing on business development within the wealth management sector. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for:

• Covering high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) individuals and family offices across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Bringing new client relationships and investment assets to the firm.
• Deepening existing client relationships and expanding investment assets.

Nature of the Client Base

This role specifically targets individuals and families. It is not a corporate or institutional coverage position, nor is it focused on retail or affluent banking. Success in this role is measured by net new money generated.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in wealth management, specifically dealing with HNW and UHNW clients and family offices.
