The Role of Senior Sales Account Manager Healthcare

Innovative Design Agency is looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager Healthcare to drive commercial growth within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. This role requires an individual with an existing understanding of the healthcare market and an established network within the pharmaceutical industry in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations, hospitals, and medical associations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal preparation to negotiation and project award.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and presentations tailored to client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Operations, Medical, and Client Services teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Represent Innovative Design Agency in client meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, branding, events, or creative agency serving healthcare or pharmaceutical clients in Saudi Arabia.
  • An existing network of pharmaceutical and healthcare decision-makers within the Saudi market.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Strong experience in selling integrated marketing, events, branding, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Excellent proposal writing, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is commercially driven and target-oriented, with a focus on building strategic partnerships that create measurable business impact. This role requires established client relationships, an understanding of how agencies operate, and the ability to confidently generate new business opportunities while delivering long-term value to healthcare clients.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
