About the Role

CEER is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to delivering an exceptional customer experience within the showroom. The role involves providing professional sales consultation, actively promoting CEER’s products and services, and achieving individual and showroom sales targets. The Senior Sales Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for retail customers, guiding them through the entire vehicle purchase journey from initial inquiry to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless, premium end-to-end customer experience from initial inquiry through vehicle handover, serving as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
• Lead customer engagements by identifying needs, presenting suitable vehicles and solutions, conducting test drives, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing retail sales in line with company policies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on vehicles, products, financing options, and emerging technologies, translating complex technical information into customer-centric value propositions that support informed purchase decisions.
• Promote and sell value-added products and services, including finance, insurance, accessories, and software subscriptions.
• Coordinate and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for qualified prospects.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, proactively managing follow-ups, referrals, repeat business opportunities, and customer retention initiatives to drive sustainable sales growth.
• Manage and convert customer leads into vehicle sales opportunities.
• Ensure all customer interactions align with CEER’s brand standards and service excellence guidelines.

Sales Performance and Compliance

• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and conversion ratios.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline data in CRM systems, ensuring timely updates, pipeline hygiene, and adherence to lead response Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and submitted timely.
• Maintain high showroom presentation standards, ensuring vehicles are displayed and merchandised in line with brand and visual guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal approval processes.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant sales or customer advisory role, preferably within the automotive industry or a premium retail environment.
