Senior Service Delivery Manager

About the Role

KTek Resourcing is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing infrastructure operations and ensuring high standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between customers and delivery teams, focusing on operational excellence and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure operations to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee End-User Services (EUS), server environments, and network operations.
• Serve as the main interface between the customer and internal delivery teams.
• Understand and develop new business cases and client needs.
• Develop new organizational structures and effective solutions.
• Demonstrate delivery methodology to prospective clients.
• Conduct costing and pricing for new business cases.

Strategy and Business Development

• Identify challenges within existing delivery processes and pinpoint areas for new business offerings.
• Define and implement new delivery methodologies.
• Identify and define the skills and capabilities required for new managers, and determine development needs.
• Establish different thresholds for achievement within service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in service delivery or infrastructure management.
• Strong technical knowledge of server hardware and data center operations.
• Proven experience in incident management.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on critical infrastructure and service delivery operations.
