About the Senior Specialist - Design & Delivery Role

This full-time position for a Senior Specialist - Design & Delivery is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role focuses on the implementation, support, and management of Material Control and Event Management systems within the Food & Beverage sector and across Qiddiya and SEVEN. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of F&B operations, inventory and material control processes, and event management systems relevant to the entertainment, hospitality, and leisure industries.

Core Responsibilities

The Senior Specialist will support the Senior Manager in overseeing F&B Material Control and Event Management systems to ensure operational efficiency. Key duties include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Resolving ServiceNow tickets related to Material Control and Event Management applications.
• Developing and maintaining system documentation, process guides, and support procedures.
• Providing training and support to business users and team members.
• Coordinating with Application Operations teams for project handovers and ongoing support.
• Monitoring system performance and addressing operational risks.
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, and stakeholder engagement.
• Participating in system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensuring system configurations, workflows, and integrations align with business requirements.
• Supporting data accuracy, reporting, and system governance initiatives.

System Support and Management

This role involves providing Level 2 support for Material Control and Event Management applications. This includes coordinating with vendors and third-party providers for Level 3 issue resolution. The specialist will support various Material Control applications such as inventory management, procurement, warehouse management, recipe and cost control, food waste management, and stock management systems. Additionally, support will extend to Event Management platforms covering event planning, registration, ticketing, venue management, guest management, accreditation, and workforce scheduling.

Integration and Technical Coordination

A key aspect of this position is coordinating application integrations with other business systems, including ERP, Finance, CRM, and POS systems. The Senior Specialist will ensure that these integrations are functional and aligned with operational objectives.

Industry Awareness and Development

Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Material Control and Event Management systems is essential. This continuous learning will inform system improvements and strategic alignment.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of F&B operations, inventory and material control processes, and event management systems within the entertainment, hospitality, and leisure sectors is required.
