About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist - Health Safety and Environment to join its team in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to developing and implementing health and safety initiatives across the organization, ensuring the well-being of employees, contractors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workplace Health & Safety (H&S) procedures.
• Lead H&S audits, compliance reviews, and inspections.
• Oversee ergonomics assessments and employee comfort initiatives across all offices.
• Manage contractor H&S activities, including permit systems, inductions, and compliance verification.
• Track H&S Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report on identified trends.
• Coordinate fire drills and emergency simulations across multiple operational areas.
• Maintain the Fire Warden and First Aider programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate or mixed-use H&S roles. Experience in construction health and safety is also considered.
• Demonstrated knowledge of office ergonomics.
• Familiarity with fire life safety systems.
• Experience managing contractor safety within occupied buildings.
• Confidence in conducting audits and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Experience Level

The role requires a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental management.
