About the Role

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced Health Safety Environment (HSE) Engineer for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across project sites, with a specific focus on Electrical Substation Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all relevant HSE regulations, client requirements, and project-specific safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, comprehensive risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Investigate any incidents that occur on project sites to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective HSE procedures and control measures.
• Deliver essential HSE training sessions, including toolbox talks and broader safety awareness programs for project teams.
• Prepare detailed HSE reports and maintain accurate project safety documentation.
• Monitor all site activities to proactively identify potential safety risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Foster and promote a strong safety culture among all project personnel.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Possession of the NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
• Qualifications or certifications in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment roles.
• Mandatory: Proven experience working on Electrical Substation Projects.
• SEC approval as an EHS Engineer is preferred.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) as an Engineer.
