About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Specialist – IT Security Operations to join its team in Riyadh Province. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in IT security operations. The role is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effectiveness of security operations across enterprise and asset environments, playing a critical part in maintaining security control health, managing risks, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT security operations across the organization.
• Monitor the health and effectiveness of security controls and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage and oversee the incident lifecycle, including detection, triage, escalation, and closure.
• Ensure SLA compliance across incidents, service requests, and change management activities.
• Track and ensure timely remediation of Vulnerability Assessment (VA) and Penetration Testing (PT) findings.
• Support compliance with regulatory frameworks such as NCA, PDPL, and ISO standards.
• Oversee performance of key security domains, including Cloud Security and Identity Security.
• Prepare operational dashboards and reports on incidents, SLAs, vulnerabilities, and control effectiveness.
• Maintain IT Security Operations SOPs and processes.
• Coordinate with Managed Service Providers (MSP) and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in IT Security Operations or Cybersecurity.

Preferred Certifications

Professional certifications such as Security+, Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
