About the Role

International Water Distribution Co. (Tawzea), located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This full-time role is central to managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to onboarding, for a diverse range of positions including professional, technical, labor, and leadership roles. The specialist will focus on attracting high-quality talent, collaborating with hiring managers, and developing effective sourcing strategies to meet the company's workforce needs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requisition through to candidate onboarding.
  • Understand specific hiring requirements and define comprehensive candidate profiles.
  • Execute diverse sourcing strategies utilizing recruitment platforms, agencies, employee referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on defined competencies and job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare candidate shortlists and provide informed hiring recommendations.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the offer acceptance process efficiently.

Talent Strategy and Compliance

This role also involves strategic talent initiatives and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks. The specialist will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining robust talent pipelines for critical and future organizational positions.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with company recruitment policies and all relevant Saudi labor regulations.
  • Monitoring and supporting compliance with Saudization requirements for targeted professions, including engineering, accounting, and procurement roles.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and supporting workforce planning initiatives.

Reporting and Performance Metrics

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on recruitment performance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs) such as Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness %.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly recruitment reports to management.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience within the engineering, utilities, construction, or facility management industries is preferred.
