About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Server for Café Boulud in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. The Server will be an integral part of the team at Café Boulud, which offers a refined and contemporary French dining experience inspired by Chef Daniel Boulud's culinary vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized, and intuitive service to guests.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offerings at Café Boulud.
• Develop a strong understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and the inspiration behind each dish.
• Guide guests through their dining journey and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding the menu and beverage selections.
• Ensure every guest experiences the distinctive culinary offerings and service standards of Four Seasons and Café Boulud.

Required Experience

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in a similar food service role, preferably within a fine dining or luxury hotel environment. This experience should include direct interaction with guests and a proven ability to manage dining service effectively.

This position is based within the Café Boulud Restaurant at the Four Seasons Riyadh. The role operates in a dynamic, full-time capacity, focused on delivering high-quality service in a refined dining setting.
