About the Role

Qamat Al Tameer is seeking a Site Architectural Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience in site architectural work. The role involves overseeing the execution of architectural works on construction projects, ensuring compliance with approved designs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily execution of architectural works, including blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, gypsum, cladding, and finishes, in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and approved mock-ups to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure integrated and smooth execution of works.
• Raise and follow up on inspection requests, address and close consultant comments and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and manage snagging and project handover processes.
• Prepare progress reports, quantify executed works, and ensure strict compliance with quality and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Site Architectural Engineer.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality building projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural works, specifications, and construction processes.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
