Parsons Corporation is seeking a qualified Site Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time role specifically for a Saudi National.

The Role of Site Engineer

The Site Engineer will be responsible for the oversight of daily construction activities on site. This includes conducting inspections, ensuring strict compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and diligently tracking project progress. The primary objective is to support the successful delivery of projects while adhering to established quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and witness inspection requests (IRs) to verify the quality of ongoing works.
• Monitor contractor performance, workmanship standards, and adherence to approved method statements.
• Track construction progress, identify potential delays, and proactively address emerging issues.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to resolve site-related matters.
• Report non-conformances and diligently follow up on all required corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate site records, comprehensive inspection reports, and daily progress reports.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and actively promote safe working practices across the site.
• Attend coordination and progress meetings as required by project schedules.
• Support project handover activities and participate in close-out inspections.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi National.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in site engineering or construction supervision.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involving regular presence and supervision on construction sites.
