Site Manager Data Center

About the Role

Anotech is seeking a Site Manager Data Center to lead critical data center activities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role involves overseeing projects from installation through testing, commissioning, and handover, ensuring operational readiness and warranty support.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and deliver all site activities for data center projects. This includes ensuring successful execution of installation, comprehensive testing, commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), and achieving full operational readiness before handover and subsequent warranty support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities for data center projects.
• Manage site teams, supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, OEMs, and commissioning teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary systems including Electrical, Mechanical, ELV, ICT, Security, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, Fire Alarm, and Fire Suppression.
• Lead L4 Integrated Systems Testing (IST), covering failover, redundancy, utility loss, generator, UPS, cooling, and emergency scenarios.
• Lead L5 performance and operational readiness testing, including load, endurance, reliability, and emergency response testing.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, commissioning agents, and OEMs during testing and handover phases.
• Manage punch lists, deficiencies, retesting, and technical issue resolution.
• Ensure completion of commissioning records, test reports, O&M manuals, as-builts, and all necessary handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, quality requirements, project schedule, budget, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing data center site activities from installation through commissioning and handover.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex multidisciplinary systems and lead integrated testing.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site leadership and management of data center projects.
