Role Overview

The Sizeman Cutting & Measurement Specialist is a technical expert responsible for accurately taking and analyzing customer measurements. This position ensures these measurements are precisely translated into patterns and cuts tailored to individual body structures, maintaining the high standards of Dar Najd.

Key Responsibilities

• Take and analyze customer measurements with precision.
• Translate measurements into accurate patterns and cuts suited to individual body structures.
• Ensure strong expertise in Saudi thobe construction, pattern cutting, measurement principles, and garment fit.
• Coordinate closely with cutting and tailoring teams to ensure consistent fit and quality across all garments.
• Identify measurement and cutting errors and analyze their root causes.
• Contribute to improving technical methods and standards within the team.
• Contribute to team training initiatives to enhance overall skill sets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant technical specialist role.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately take and analyze customer measurements.
• Proficiency in translating measurements into precise patterns and cuts.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fitting principles.

• Expertise in Saudi thobe construction and pattern cutting.
