About the Role

Tactical. is seeking a Social Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to manage social media operations, ensuring accuracy and proactive engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for structured organization within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the master scheduling sheet for up to 5 daily posts across multiple social platforms.
• Execute a strict 15-step QA process, including checking specifications, tags, and links, and verifying live posts post-publication.
• Serve as a liaison for up to 10 daily email requests and lead client calls concerning posting schedules, content approvals, and urgent edits.
• Engage with followers and influencers authentically and on-brand, adapting communication style as appropriate.
• Contribute to crafting social captions, brainstorming new content formats, and developing copy voice with creative leads.
• Monitor daily comments and sentiment, identify potential risks or viral trends, and support weekly performance reports.
• Utilize social media tools such as Canva, Google Sheets, Later, Bitly, and Sprinklr, and prepare content for paid social assets.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Detail-Oriented: Consistently identifies and rectifies errors such as typos, broken links, misplaced tags, or incorrect hashtags.
• Organized: Demonstrates strong organizational skills, proficiency in spreadsheets, and the ability to manage multiple platform requests efficiently.
• Proactive: Manages tasks independently, anticipates needs beyond basic checklists, and proposes solutions for workflow improvements.
• Reliable: Consistently follows processes, maintains responsiveness in fast-paced situations, and builds trust with internal teams and clients.
• Bilingual Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic, with the confidence to address scheduling conflicts, content issues, or client concerns directly.
• Culturally Aware: Stays updated on regional culture and understands local audience engagement drivers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in client- or customer-facing roles, with social media agency, customer service, or client management experience being advantageous.
• Process-Driven: Demonstrated ability to adhere to strict QA steps, escalation workflows, and structured naming conventions.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with social media scheduling platforms and tools (Sprinklr is a plus), along with Google Sheets/Excel.
• Platform Familiarity: Deep understanding of Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Independent: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to project management.
