Fast Fit is seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage digital interactions and maintain a positive brand presence across various communication channels. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Social Media Specialist will focus on community management, customer engagement, and communication through platforms including WhatsApp Business. The role involves monitoring AI platforms across different sectors to support effective customer service and digital operations. The ideal candidate will be responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple communication channels efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer interactions across social media platforms.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer-facing digital channels.
• Escalate complex complaints and sensitive customer issues to relevant departments.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring concerns or service improvement opportunities.

Customer Engagement and Support

• Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups through WhatsApp Business.
• Provide accurate information regarding company services, offers, and customer requests.
• Ensure timely responses and maintain high standards of customer communication.
• Document and follow up on unresolved inquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively.
