About the Role
Sulava MEA is seeking a high-impact Solution Sales Executive to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving growth for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-led transformation programs within large enterprise and public-sector accounts.
Role Context and Responsibilities
This position requires a strategic approach to sales, focusing on business outcomes powered by Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, AI Foundry, and digital workforce solutions. The role involves positioning AI as a core operating model for enterprise customers, bridging pre-sales, customer strategy, and platform fit. You will be responsible for designing customer AI adoption strategies and converting interest into committed transformation programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and driving net-new and expansion revenue across large enterprise and public-sector accounts in Saudi Arabia.
- Identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities in M365, Copilot, AI, Azure AI Foundry, and digital transformation.
- Leading full sales cycles from strategic discovery to commercial close, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Positioning Microsoft E3/E5, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, Purview, Azure AI Foundry, and AI agents as business transformation enablers.
- Translating customer challenges into measurable outcomes such as productivity, automation, and ROI, focusing on transformation rather than licenses.
- Designing customer-specific AI operating models and driving executive-level conversations around AI strategy and adoption.
- Building and maintaining C-level relationships across enterprise and government sectors in KSA.
- Collaborating closely with Microsoft field teams on co-sell motions and funding programs.
- Acting as a frontline representative in KSA, navigating local business culture and driving market penetration in strategic industries.
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of enterprise technology sales experience, preferably within or around the Microsoft ecosystem.
- An established network in Saudi Arabia, encompassing enterprise and government customers, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Proven ability to sell to and close deals with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- A track record of closing enterprise deals in KSA or comparable GCC markets.
- Fluency in positioning Microsoft 365 (E3/E5/E7) and Copilot as drivers of measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- A high-ownership mentality, with the ability to operate independently in the market.
- Conceptual understanding of Microsoft 365 apps, Power Platform, Security & Compliance (Purview, Entra), and Microsoft Azure and AI Foundry.
Highly preferred qualifications include experience working directly with Microsoft field teams, experience in AI, analytics, or digital transformation programs, familiarity with co-sell motions and Microsoft funding, and Arabic language skills.
Key Success Factors
Success in this role hinges on selling transformation and measurable outcomes, understanding AI as a business model, building trust through relationships, and leading strategic conversations. A deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and strong executive relationships in KSA are critical.
