This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on supporting the sales team in identifying new opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in closing deals for IT solutions and services, with an emphasis on learning the sales process and building product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support lead generation efforts by qualifying incoming inquiries and conducting initial outreach.
  • Assist in updating the sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and events to engage prospective clients.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, demonstrations, and sales calls.
  • Participate in client conversations and document key requirements for follow-up by senior sales staff.
  • Help maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process under supervision.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and quotes with input from senior team members.
  • Support document collection and submission for RFPs, contracts, and client onboarding.
  • Ensure that client documents and sales materials are updated and organized.
  • Coordinate internally with marketing, technical, and sales teams to ensure alignment during the sales cycle.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates.
