Spa Supervisor (Saudi Only)

About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals only and requires 2-5 years of related work experience. The Spa Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of spa services and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise employees on general property information, in-house groups, policy changes, and other pertinent information.
• Answer questions regarding available services, general property information, and amenities.
• Confirm guest names and scheduled treatments prior to service commencement.
• Monitor and adhere to the daily time schedule, advising providers of last-minute changes or additions and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products.
• Complete requisitions for additional products, supplies, or equipment.
• Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Notify Engineering of spa/salon maintenance and repair needs.

Operational and Team Support

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including uniform and personal appearance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and thanking guests with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support the team in achieving common goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and develop or implement quality improvement plans.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No prior supervisory experience is required for this role.
