About the Role

CEER is seeking a Specialist, Design Finance and Operations to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to managing financial governance and operational processes within the Design department, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Role Overview

The Specialist, Design Finance and Operations is responsible for overseeing financial governance, budget tracking, and operational process control across the Design department. This position requires an individual who can operate with agility in a fast-paced business environment, making timely decisions and taking rapid action to support evolving priorities. The role ensures accurate tracking and reporting, strong cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement in financial and operational processes.

Financial Tracking and Reporting

• Support yearly and monthly forecasts and closings, as well as the yearly budgeting cycle.
• Assist with internal Design reporting requirements.
• Develop and update business planning tools, including PowerBI dashboards, to facilitate fast decision-making through live reporting.
• Coordinate input collection and output reporting with senior stakeholders across the Design department and central finance teams.

Procurement and Operational Coordination

• Support Design procurement processes related to Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Requests for Proposals (RfPs), Travel Expense Reports (TERs), nominations, and contract signatures.
• Ensure compliance with approval workflows as per internal CEER processes.
• Assist in supplier discovery and development efforts where relevant.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to manage logistics requirements for the Design department, such as import certificates, customs clearance, and exemptions.

Strategic Improvement and Automation

• Identify workflow and process gaps within the department.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Support automation efforts within the Design department.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
