Role Overview

The Specialist, Sales I Fresh, is responsible for driving property sales in Riyadh. This full-time role involves generating leads, engaging with potential buyers, presenting properties, and closing sales. The specialist acts as the primary contact for prospective clients, contributing to the company's sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Present products or services to prospective clients, demonstrating features, benefits, and value propositions to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure ongoing business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close sales and achieve company revenue goals.
• Process sales orders, handle customer inquiries, and ensure timely delivery and fulfillment. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry news to inform sales strategies and provide customer feedback for product or service improvement.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the company’s overall sales performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline progress, submitting regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.

• Delivery: Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to schedules, utilizing resources effectively within cost and time constraints. Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve related problems that arise and escalate complex operational issues.
• Quality: Ensure quality requirements are met to develop effective quality control and processes, including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
• Business Process Improvements: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
• Compliance: Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity.
