About the Role

TK Elevator is seeking a Sr. HR Specialist Compensation & Benefits to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a Saudi National, focused on supporting the administration of compensation, benefits, and HR reporting processes within the company.

Role Purpose and Context

The specialist will be responsible for supporting salary benchmarking, conducting compensation reviews, and managing benefits administration. This role also involves HR data management and reporting, ensuring all activities comply with company policies and Saudi labor regulations. The position contributes to informed workforce planning and business decisions through accurate data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support salary benchmarking using market surveys and external compensation data.
• Prepare compensation analyses for hiring, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments.
• Assist in annual salary reviews, merit increases, bonus cycles, and other compensation programs.
• Support job evaluation, grading, and organizational structure initiatives.
• Coordinate employee benefits administration, including medical insurance and leave programs.
• Liaise with insurance providers and external vendors regarding benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate employee and compensation data within the HRIS and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare HR, compensation, headcount, and workforce cost reports and dashboards.
• Analyze HR and compensation data to support workforce planning and business decisions.
• Conduct periodic data audits and ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR reporting, compensation processes, and system efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders on compensation, reporting, and HR initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a preference for experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, or HR Operations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, employee benefits, and HR reporting.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms is preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Good understanding of compensation and benefits practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Attributes

• Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations.
• Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM, GRP, or equivalent.
