About the Role

Tata Communications is seeking a Sr Manager Customer Interaction Suite to join their team in Riyadh. This role is integral to deepening and broadening customer engagements within the Unified Collaboration domain, contributing to the company's mission of redefining connectivity through innovation and intelligence.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to identify and develop growth opportunities by building trusted relationships with clients. This involves understanding their value proposition and assisting them in solving critical business challenges. This tactical role influences the direction of operating plans based on business strategy, with a significant mid-term impact on the business unit's overall results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the growth and go-to-market strategy for the assigned product portfolio within the region.
  • Identify and engage solution partners, establishing regional alliances to develop new markets and segments.
  • Identify high-potential customers and cultivate long-term strategic alliances.
  • Analyze client requirements, determine optimal solution fits, and construct compelling proposals.
  • Lead technical discussions with clients, collaborating closely with the technical architect team.
  • Achieve revenue targets and drive pipeline growth.
  • Manage client negotiations, oversee deal progression, and ensure deal closure by aligning cross-functional teams including Business Development, Bid Management, Solutions, Legal, and Commercial.
  • Proactively identify internal product and solutions challenges, organizing regular bid calls with sales, legal, commercial, solution, and product teams to propose desired customer solutions and prioritize key opportunities for faster closure.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • 7 to 12 years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience working with technology services companies (telecom, hardware, software, applications, cloud services) in an account management capacity.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to combine business acumen with technology knowledge to align customer business challenges with technology decisions.
  • Capacity to translate customer business information into insights for Solutions, Subject Matter Experts, and product teams to facilitate proposal development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including relationship building, negotiation, organization, presentation, written, and verbal communication. Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current trends in the enterprise networking space, including the competitive landscape in which Tata Communications operates.
