Role Overview

The Sr. Service Sales Engineer will be responsible for overseeing sales and operational plans, monitoring performance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales systems. This role involves maintaining professional and technical knowledge within the sales team and identifying market opportunities, particularly within projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation and implementation of sales and operational plans and budgets to achieve agreed-upon goals and objectives.
• Monitor achievements and deviations from sales plans, providing regular progress reports to management on corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate in maintaining integrated sales systems documentation and drive continuous improvement by maximizing the benefits of strong management information system applications.
• Contribute to building the capacities of the Sales Engineers team regarding professional and technical knowledge and best practices.
• Conduct regular research and analysis, advising management with findings to capitalize on marketing opportunities, especially in projects.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge related to business best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in service sales, specifically with MV/HV Motors and Generators.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise sales plans, budgets, and operational goals.
• Experience in monitoring sales performance and reporting on deviations.
• Proficiency in maintaining and improving sales systems and leveraging management information systems.
• Strong analytical skills for market research and identifying project opportunities.
