Role Overview

We are seeking a Stockroom Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a related field. The Stockroom Assistant will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper stock organization, and supporting the sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive items from the loading bay and transport them to the designated stockroom.
• Verify that all items have the correct barcode and security tag.
• Sign delivery slips after checking items and file them by brand and date.
• Prepare items for display by assisting Commercial Merchandisers and Sales Consultants in transferring stock to the shop floor promptly.
• Inform the Manager of received deliveries and report any damages or losses.
• Merchandise tills daily with POS materials, including shopping bags and credit card slip holders, and clear used security tags.
• Complete Delivery Concern Reports for items lacking barcodes, security tags, or those that are damaged, forwarding these to Managers and arranging returns to the warehouse.
• Ensure adherence to all housekeeping, safety, security, and healthcare measures within the store to prevent accidents.
• Maintain the stockroom in an organized and easily accessible manner at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a stockroom or retail support role.
• Ability to manage and organize inventory efficiently.
• Attention to detail for verifying item information and reporting discrepancies.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a diverse team that values customer service and collaboration in a luxury retail setting.
