Parfum Christian Dior maintains high standards of excellence across all aspects of its operations, from product offerings to customer experience. The company is seeking a Stock Keeper to join its team in Makkah or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience.
Role Summary
The Stock Keeper is responsible for ensuring accurate stock management and supporting the smooth daily operations of the boutique. This role involves managing all aspects of boutique stock, including receiving, storage, replenishment, transfers, and inventory control, while upholding Dior's standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify deliveries against delivery notes, reporting any discrepancies or damaged products.
- Organize stock according to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle.
- Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment needs.
- Manage returns of damaged or End-of-Life (EOL) products to the warehouse.
- Verify product prices and labels.
- Coordinate stock transfers between boutiques.
- Support urgent home delivery orders as required.
- Monitor expiration dates for products, testers, Gifts With Purchase (GWPs), and samples.
- Maintain delivery claims and stock trackers.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual stock counts.
- Investigate and escalate stock discrepancies, negative stock, or suspected theft.
- Ensure used testers are properly segregated for warehouse return.
- Maintain accurate Point of Sale Material (POSM) and merchandise trackers.
- Manage the movement and storage of POSM and merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure stockroom.
- Adhere to Dior and company procedures and internal controls.
- Collaborate with the Boutique, Warehouse, Logistics, and other relevant teams.
- Provide support to the boutique during events, inventory counts, and urgent business needs.
- Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and commitment to Dior values consistently.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in stock management, inventory, logistics, or retail operations.
- Experience in the luxury and beauty sectors is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
