About the Role

eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join its Retail Stores team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with a strong background in retail management to oversee store operations and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, motivate, and coach store staff to ensure high engagement and performance levels.
• Implement HR policies consistently and fairly, ensuring compliance with attendance, leave, and disciplinary procedures.
• Conduct performance management processes, addressing underperformance and supporting staff career development.
• Ensure all staff receive comprehensive onboarding and continuous training.
• Maximize participation in employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
• Prepare annual headcount proposals, aligning them with sales forecasts, traffic projections, and store budgets, and submit them for approval to Central Operations.

Essential Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive retail experience, including a minimum of 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven ability to drive store profitability and achieve sales and service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Demonstrated experience in business planning, financial decision-making, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and compliance standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and during peak retail seasons.
