About the Role
Adobe is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to focus on the Public Sector within Saudi Arabia (KSA). This full-time position, based in Riyadh, involves driving Adobe's growth by developing new relationships, penetrating strategic accounts, and generating significant pipeline. The role requires championing Adobe's offerings across the region and orchestrating cross-functional teams to align with client objectives.
Role Context and Objectives
In Saudi Arabia, Adobe supports Vision 2030 by fostering innovation, developing local talent, and enabling superior customer experiences. As a regional hub, Adobe serves strategic markets. This role is crucial in shaping the future of digital experiences within a dynamic economy by identifying and converting new business opportunities within large Public Sector accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business within large Public Sector accounts in KSA and the Middle East.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior government leaders, including Deputy Ministers and C-Suite executives.
- Influence and simplify complex concepts to shape long-term digital agendas for senior decision-makers.
- Develop a self-sourced pipeline through structured account planning, territory management, and proactive engagement.
- Lead multi-million-dollar digital transformation and customer experience programs from opportunity shaping to commercial negotiation and executive approval.
- Orchestrate global, cross-functional teams, including product, presales, consulting, legal, and finance, to achieve client vision.
- Manage an ecosystem of partners, system integrators, and internal teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and progress.
- Apply value-based selling methodologies, quantifying impact and articulating measurable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM management.
- Develop and cultivate the partner ecosystem, including indirect sales motions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record as a sales hunter, with success in opening new relationships and converting whitespace into pipeline.
- Experience selling into global enterprise customers, securing multi-million, multi-year deals.
- Demonstrated ability to build a self-sourced pipeline and manage a sales territory.
- Confident communication skills with senior government leaders and executives.
- Skilled in orchestrating complex, cross-functional pursuits.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Deep understanding of value-based selling and measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with the Saudi public sector landscape is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
