Supply Chain & Sales Operations Specialist

About the Role

RemoteOne is seeking a Supply Chain & Sales Operations Specialist for a fast-growing coffee business client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, remote position requires a hands-on operator to manage the end-to-end flow from supplier to shelf, covering imports, third-party warehousing, and local deliveries. The role involves direct system engagement and collaboration with partners, rather than solely overseeing others.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise and follow up on purchase orders with local and international suppliers, managing quantity and packaging changes within approval limits.
• Plan supply based on sales forecasts and adjust according to actual sales data.
• Manage import shipments comprehensively, including freight forwarders, brokers, customs clearance, and necessary documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates, and Bayan.
• Handle product registration and label compliance with the SFDA, and plan for expansion into other GCC markets (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar).
• Resolve supply chain issues including delays, incorrect quantities, damaged goods, and invoice discrepancies.

Warehouse and Inventory Management

• Oversee stock held with the third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse partner, verifying received goods against packing lists and conducting regular stock counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across all locations and proactively identify slow-moving or low stock items.

Sales Operations and Delivery Coordination

• Process orders from key accounts, modern trade, wholesalers, and discount shops, from approval through to delivery.
• Plan daily delivery routes and truck loads, setting realistic drop targets per truck, and coordinating with drivers and transport partners.
• Manage orders, delivery bookings, and appointments on quick-commerce platforms such as HungerStation, Amazon, and Noon, including central warehouse and dark-store deliveries.
• Serve as the daily point of contact for key accounts regarding stock availability, delivery times, and documentation.
• Support distributors in other GCC markets with orders and shipping documents as the business expands.
• Prepare regular order, stock, and sales reports for management.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in supply chain and sales operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage imports, warehouse operations, and local deliveries.
• Experience with quick-commerce platforms and modern trade accounts.
• Strong problem-solving skills for supply chain challenges.
