About the Role

Albaap (عالباب لإدارة المرافق) is seeking a Support Services Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role is designed to organize and coordinate support services across the organization, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. The specialist will support operational activities by managing logistics, facilities, maintenance, cleaning, transportation, and other services essential for smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of support services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, transportation, and hospitality.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure compliance with contracts and maintain the quality of services delivered.
• Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance plans, ensuring work is completed on schedule.
• Monitor the condition of facilities and equipment, and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
• Oversee transportation and vehicle operations, including scheduling, tracking, insurance, and maintenance.
• Monitor inventories of operational supplies and equipment, and request necessary items.
• Assist in preparing support services budgets and monitor related expenses.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards across facilities.
• Prepare periodic reports on service quality and submit them to management.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to support services.
• Receive service-related reports and complaints, and work to resolve them promptly and effectively.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires an individual with a foundational understanding of support service operations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety.
