AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role involves contributing to significant construction, roadwork, infrastructure, and mapping projects by providing precise land measurements and data.

Role Overview

A Surveyor is responsible for accurately measuring land, establishing boundaries, and collecting critical data essential for the planning and execution phases of various projects. This position utilizes specialized instruments such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and digital mapping tools to ensure the provision of accurate coordinates, elevations, levels, and site layouts for project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic surveys to accurately map existing ground conditions.
• Perform leveling tasks using Auto Level and Digital Level instruments.
• Set out alignments, centerlines, offsets, and benchmarks to guide construction activities.
• Execute boundary surveys and verify land limits according to specifications.
• Convert field measurements into precise drawings, maps, and digital models.
• Maintain comprehensive survey records, field books, and daily logs.
• Submit, update, and verify as-built drawings to reflect project completion.
• Collaborate closely with site engineers, project managers, and design teams.
• Support execution teams with elevation checks, slope verification, and layout corrections.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Proficiency in operating Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and Laser Level.
• Demonstrated understanding of topographic mapping, leveling, contouring, and volume calculation principles.
• Ability to accurately interpret construction drawings and cross-sections.
• Experience with survey software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS tools, and survey data transfer software.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience in surveying.
