Role Overview

Daa International KSA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves workforce planning, recruitment strategy, talent attraction, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will lead a recruitment team to support the mobilization and operational requirements of daa International projects and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Country HR Manager and project leadership to understand current and future manpower requirements.
  • Convert approved headcount plans into recruitment forecasts, priorities, timelines, and delivery plans.
  • Monitor recruitment demand against approved headcount and mobilization timelines.
  • Identify recruitment risks, capacity constraints, and market challenges, providing recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop and implement the KSA Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
  • Establish proactive recruitment approaches for current and future talent requirements.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through selection, offer management, and handover to onboarding.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards for professional, technical, operational, managerial, and specialist positions.
  • Provide direct support on critical and senior-level appointments as required.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, establishing clear objectives, KPIs, priorities, and accountability.
  • Allocate recruitment resources according to business demand and monitor recruiter productivity and pipeline activity.
  • Build strong working relationships with Project Directors, hiring managers, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Act as the Talent Acquisition subject matter expert and strategic advisor to the business.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding recruitment timelines, talent availability, market conditions, and candidate quality.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience required: 5-10 years in Talent Acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a Talent Acquisition function.
  • Experience in workforce planning and recruitment strategy development.
  • Proven track record in talent attraction and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Understanding of Saudi recruitment requirements and company policies.

Key Interfaces

This role involves close collaboration with Country HR, Project Directors, Hiring Managers, Finance & Business Planning, the Global Mobilisation Team, and Senior Leadership. Interaction with universities and talent networks is also part of the role.
