About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking a Tamheer trainee to join its team in Riyadh as an Assistant Project Manager. This full-time role involves supporting the project management team in coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, preparing reports, and facilitating communication with stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project activities.
• Coordinate project meetings and prepare detailed minutes.
• Follow up on assigned tasks with relevant internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date project progress reports.
• Organize and manage project files and documentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders and track their requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Must be eligible for the Tamheer program.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related field.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles is considered an advantage.
