About the Role
Alnafitha IT, a leading Saudi-owned IT services and solutions provider established in 1993, is seeking a Project Management Advisor for its operations in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to a company with over 30 years of experience and a track record of successfully completing over 4,000 projects.
Role Overview
The Project Management Advisor will support various stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and monitoring. This role involves assisting in project documentation review, contributing to project planning, facilitating communication, and tracking project performance to ensure alignment with business objectives and client expectations. The position is integral to Alnafitha IT's commitment to delivering strategic IT solutions and driving digital transformation for its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the review of initial project documentation, including contract details and proposal summaries, within the CRM to ensure data accuracy and understand project initiation elements.
- Assist in reviewing contracts, RFPs, technical proposals, and profitability matrices on the CRM to ensure project alignment with business goals and financial viability.
- Collaborate with senior project managers and stakeholders to define project boundaries, goals, and deliverables, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Contribute to the creation of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, using project management tools.
- Support the breakdown of projects into manageable phases, stages, and individual activities within the designated project management tool.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, third-party vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project performance, schedule adherence, and budget utilization, identifying deviations and reporting on status.
- Assist in implementing approved adjustments to project parameters through defined change management processes.
- Support the assessment and securing of necessary human and technical resources for project tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates and addressing inquiries to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
- Participate in client meetings to understand detailed requirements, clarify needs, and document discussions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in a project management support or related role.
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
