About Cipher and the Technical Account Manager Role
Cipher (سايڤر) is seeking a dedicated Technical Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh or Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves serving as a crucial link between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction within the cybersecurity domain.
Role Purpose and Client Engagement
The Technical Account Manager is responsible for managing the technical relationship with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes understanding client needs, aligning cybersecurity solutions with their strategic objectives, and ensuring the effective implementation of security initiatives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Provide expert technical guidance and align cybersecurity solutions with both business and security requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal technical teams to ensure successful project execution and achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Support compliance initiatives and ensure solutions align with NCA ECC-2:2024 requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in a technical account management or similar client-facing technical role. A strong background in cybersecurity solutions and client relationship management is essential for success in this role.
Work Location and Employment Type
This is a full-time position based in either Riyadh or Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role requires presence in the specified region to effectively manage client relationships and project engagements.
