Technical Manager

About the Role

Future Connect is seeking a Technical Manager to join a leading real estate development company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for an experienced technical leader with a strong background in high-rise building projects and multidisciplinary engineering management.

Role Overview

The Technical Manager will lead and manage a multidisciplinary Technical Team, ensuring compliance with building codes and project requirements. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders and providing technical leadership for engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary Technical Team, including Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
• Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals before site execution.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and project technical requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, designers, and client representatives to resolve technical issues.
• Oversee BIM coordination and multidisciplinary clash detection to ensure constructability.
• Evaluate value engineering proposals and recommend optimal technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project engineering teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while reporting key updates to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant technical leadership role.
• Demonstrated background in high-rise building projects.
• Experience in multidisciplinary engineering management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a well-established real estate development company.
