أكسنتشر is seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead – Security Device Managed Services to join its Managed Security Services team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading a team of security engineers responsible for the delivery, management, and optimization of security devices across client environments. The successful candidate will serve as the technical authority, ensuring service excellence and operational continuity.

Role Overview

The Technical Team Lead will guide a team focused on critical security operations, acting as a primary point of contact for complex technical issues. This position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience, dedicated to maintaining high standards of service delivery and driving continuous improvement in security practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of security engineers in day-to-day managed security operations.
• Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and management of security devices and network security infrastructure.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical incidents and service issues.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high standards of service delivery for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide expert guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across tools, processes, and team capabilities.
• Prepare and present technical reports to management and stakeholders.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience is required for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Technical Team Lead will work within a dedicated Managed Security Services team, contributing to the security posture of various client environments.
