Dar AlBalad is seeking a Technology Planning & Governance Sr. Manager – IT Services to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional.

Role Overview

The Technology Planning & Governance Sr. Manager will be responsible for overseeing technology strategy, IT governance, and related operational aspects. The client is specifically looking for candidates who are currently serving in a Manager-level role with strong experience in the specified areas. Experience within the healthcare industry is preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing technology strategy and planning initiatives.
• Establishing and maintaining robust IT governance frameworks.
• Managing budget and performance for IT services.
• Overseeing vendor relationships and Service Level Agreement (SLA) management.
• Managing technology operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Currently holding a Manager-level role with demonstrated leadership and technical expertise.
• Strong background in technology strategy, IT governance, budget management, vendor management, and technology operations.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
