The Role of Technology Support Technician

The Technology Support Technician is a full-time position based in Riyadh, responsible for providing technical support for hardware and software solutions used by QSR and retail clients. This role involves supporting both remote and client sites, ensuring the continuous operation of critical systems. The technician will join a multidisciplinary team of technology specialists and industry experts dedicated to delivering high-quality, impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets and guide customers through issue resolution processes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to desktop computers, Drive Thru systems, Kiosks, Digital Signage Systems, and associated peripherals.
• Perform basic computer repair and maintenance activities.
• Document incidents and escalate complex problems to senior technical staff as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system deployments, updates, and configurations.
• Ensure minimal downtime and consistent performance of client systems.
• Provide clear and professional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role based in Riyadh. The technician will work within a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering technology solutions to QSR and retail clients across the region.
