Track Maintenance Technician

About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Track Maintenance Technician to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The role focuses on ensuring the operational availability and safety of guideway and third rail equipment through diligent maintenance and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Guideway and 3rd Rail internal and contractual training to achieve optimal performance standards.
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to method statements, strictly applying Permit to Work procedures, and following Alstom safety rules.
• Follow hierarchical instructions to meet the required availability of Guideway and 3rd Rail equipment.
• Execute all planned and unplanned maintenance tasks promptly to prevent service disruptions.
• Proactively identify critical issues and communicate them to leadership.
• Adhere to reporting and configuration change rules and processes using the designated tools.
• Maintain transparency in all reporting activities.

Safety and Compliance

The technician is responsible for ensuring that all work is performed safely and effectively, in compliance with relevant regulations and policies. This includes the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974), Rules and Regulations, AZDP, Railway Group Standards, TOC Safety Case, and ALSTOM Policies and Procedures & Code of Ethics.

Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS)

Accountability for the proper implementation of Alstom policy and customer requirements extends to all stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, suppliers, and contractors. The role actively promotes and utilizes Close Call Reporting to enhance safety.

Experience and Work Type

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in track maintenance. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
