Training and Development Manager (F&B)

About the Role

Everhires is seeking a Training and Development Manager (F&B) to join a group of restaurants in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading training initiatives for a Saudi-based hospitality and food & beverage company established in 2010, which specializes in developing and operating F&B concepts, managing international franchises, and creating high-quality dining experiences.

Company Overview

The company focuses on customer satisfaction, service excellence, and business growth within the F&B sector, including events, celebrations, and catering services. The Training and Development Manager will play a key role in ensuring consistent brand execution and high service standards across all restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals for brand standards.
• Roll out training for new menu items and service standards.
• Conduct training needs assessments across various branches.
• Coach and evaluate staff performance against established brand standards.
• Track training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including completion rates, performance improvements, and retention impact.
• Manage food safety and HACCP certification tracking for staff.
• Ensure consistent brand execution across all restaurant locations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in building SOPs and training materials from scratch.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, covering both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH).
