Role Overview

The Treasury Accountant is responsible for managing daily cash and banking transactions, ensuring accurate reconciliation and compliance with financial policies. This role is integral to maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of My Clinic KSA's cash management processes across its various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash reconciliation and Point-of-Sale (POS) reconciliation for each reception.
• Ensure daily deposit of cash collections to the bank.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and records pertaining to banking transactions.
• Establish the daily cash position for each till location.
• Comply with all cash management and banking-related financial policies and regulations.
• Track and monitor all POS devices.
• Review all End-of-Day (EOD) closed accounts daily.
• Prepare comprehensive POS reports.

Scope of Work

This position covers cashiering and banking responsibilities for cash receipts across My Clinic KSA locations within the Central region.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in treasury, accounting, or a similar financial role.
• Demonstrated ability to perform daily reconciliations and manage banking transactions.
• Understanding of financial policies and regulations related to cash management.
