Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor loading and unloading activities according to the loading manifest.
- Transfer goods to designated destinations efficiently and safely.
- Perform monthly maintenance tasks on the truck including cleaning, oil, and filter changes.
- Ensure invoices are stamped by customers and returned to the Customer Service Department (CSD).
- Report any customer complaints to your superior and provide recommendations for improvement by documenting all complaints.
