Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement urban plans and strategies.
  • Analyze land use, infrastructure, and community needs for development projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and government agencies.
  • Review and prepare conceptual, preliminary, and final development plans.
  • Conduct demographic studies and prepare analytical reports.
  • Develop planning criteria and assist in policy document preparation.
  • Manage contractor submissions and advise on planning compliance.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations related to planning studies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Urban/Regional Planning.
  • Minimum 15 years of urban planning experience in large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in GIS, BIM, and urban design.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with urban planning trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Graphic skills and international experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
