At VIP Car Rentals Company, we specialize in luxury car rentals. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Car Rental Employee to join our team in Riyadh. This position is ideal for applicants with experience in the car rental industry who are enthusiastic about providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and provide professional rental services.
Clearly explain rental terms and conditions to customers.
Prepare rental contracts and enter data into the approved system.
Verify driver’s licenses and IDs to ensure compliance with requirements.
Deliver and receive vehicles according to established protocols and document their condition.
Coordinate vehicle return timing with customers.
Collect payments and issue invoices as per standard policies.
Handle customer complaints and escalate to management as needed.
Adhere to company policies and traffic safety regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma as a minimum.
At least one year of experience in car rental (preferred).
Valid driver's license.
Understanding of rental contracts and traffic regulations.
Experience with car rental systems is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills and customer service.
Able to upsell insurance and additional services.
Capable of working under pressure and in shifts.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in computer use and electronic systems.
Commitment to professional appearance and conduct.
