About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Car Rental Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with vehicle rentals, reservations, and ensuring a smooth and positive rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with rental inquiries and reservations
• Process rental agreements, payments, and returns accurately
• Verify customer information, driver’s licenses, and insurance details
• Explain rental terms, pricing, and vehicle features
• Inspect vehicles before and after rental for cleanliness and damage
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain accurate records and update rental systems
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure vehicle availability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn rental software
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Salary 4000-5000, working 6 days, 21 days off per year, there is a target for the branch and a percentage for the employee.
