About the Role
You will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, prospecting for new business, and guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle handover. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle showroom enquiries and follow up on leads
• Proactively prospect for new customers and develop repeat business
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and represent the brand professionally
• Work to individual and team sales targets, consistently achieving 1520 vehicle sales per month
• Ensure a smooth customer journey through all stages of the sales process
• Prepare and present quotations, complete all documentation accurately, and liaise with internal teams as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, ideally within a dealership environment
• Proven track record of consistent performance (1520 vehicles sold per month)
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer journey
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Arabic and English language skills are essential
• Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
