In this role, you will support and implement Cartier's Visual Merchandising strategy, ensuring excellence across all points of sale. Your responsibilities will include assisting with VM display needs, conducting boutique visits, and communicating with stakeholders for effective installation and execution of VM projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Visual Merchandising initiatives and maintain communication for smooth execution.
  • Conduct regular visits to boutiques to assess VM display needs and provide support.
  • Track material requirements for the full sales network, managing ordering and distribution.
  • Assist in event productions and exhibitions, ensuring all installations are handled efficiently.
  • Deliver training programs to enhance VM skills within the boutique community.

What You Will Need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
- Education degree in Visual Arts.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication in both English and Arabic.
- Proactive and a team player, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for implementing and maintaining high-impact visual displays and in-store presentation standards that reflect the luxury brand identity and enhance the customer shopping experience. This role ensures that all visual merchandising (VM) elements support sales objectives, product visibility, and seasonal campaign execution while aligning with the brand’s global guidelines and aesthetic.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Visual Display Execution: Plan, execute, and maintain visually appealing displays in boutiques and retail spaces in line with brand guidelines. Ensure all product placements highlight key items, storytelling, and brand identity. Install window displays, in-store signage, props, and mannequins according to seasonal themes and marketing calendars.
  • Brand Standards & Guidelines Compliance: Create VM guidelines for the own concept. Maintain consistency in VM across all locations while adapting layouts based on boutique size and customer flow. Ensure all displays comply with global brand standards and regional VM directives. Stay up to date with seasonal updates from brand headquarters.
  • Campaign & Launch Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support new collection launches, promotions, and events. Prepare VM elements in advance of campaigns to ensure timely execution. Participate in pre-launch briefings and propose creative ideas to maximize impact.
  • Product Presentation & Rotation: Regularly update product displays to align with best-sellers, stock availability, and sales strategies. Ensure accurate pricing, clean displays, and correct product tagging. Support the remerchandising of slow-moving items to improve visibility and turnover.
  • Training & Collaboration: Train boutique staff on VM principles and the importance of visual presentation. Nominate Ambassadors. Work closely with boutique managers to align visual execution with commercial objectives. Provide VM guidelines and updates to store teams regularly.
  • Store Maintenance & Inventory Handling: Monitor the condition of VM props, mannequins, and display materials; coordinate repairs or replacements as needed. Ensure display materials are properly stored and maintained. Coordinate with stock teams for accurate product availability during VM changes.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Conduct regular boutique visits and audits to assess compliance and effectiveness. Prepare visual merchandising reports with photographic documentation and recommendations. Provide feedback to the brand or regional VM teams on local implementation and customer response.
