About the Role

Everhires is seeking a professional Waiter / Waitress to join a premium fine dining restaurant located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards within a sophisticated dining environment. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and provide a professional dining experience.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and offer food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and process customer orders.
• Serve food and beverages in adherence to fine dining service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set before, during, and after service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address requests and concerns.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the restaurant's service standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and food & beverage service standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative team player approach.
