About the Role

74 lounge coffee spicilety is seeking a Waiter to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them to their tables courteously.
• Present the menu, explain dishes and beverages, and clarify ingredients or potential food allergies as needed.
• Inform guests about daily specials and provide recommendations.
• Accurately take orders and input them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Serve orders promptly and in accordance with established service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and handle feedback professionally.
• Issue bills and process payments, including cash and card transactions.
• Clear used dishes and set up tables before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness in the service area and adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Coordinate effectively with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar waiting role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in taking orders accurately and using a POS system.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
