Your Mission:
  • Departmental Equipment Accountability: Conduct thorough inspections of each item, identifying and addressing any faults or maintenance needs to ensure all equipment is in top condition.
  • Equipment Preparation: Prepare and organize all event equipment as specified by technical planners and crew chiefs, ensuring all items are accounted for and event-ready.
  • Equipment Return and Maintenance: Check equipment upon return, ensuring each item is intact and functional, and report any faults accurately. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment.
  • Warehouse Operations and Logistics: Support efficient loading and unloading of trucks, ensure proper handling and organization, and monitor the warehouse for maintenance needs.
  • Inventory Management: Verify inventory records, flag discrepancies, and ensure all required items are available and in working order.
  • Communication and Documentation: Maintain clear communication with technical planners, crew chiefs, and team members regarding equipment status and job needs.
  • Safety and Quality Compliance: Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Your Profile:
You should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in audio-visual and lighting installations, strong English skills (Arabic is a plus), and a good understanding of all AVL equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the condition and readiness of all equipment and must be skilled in Microsoft Teams and similar software. You should be capable of handling manual lifting and other physical demands typical for warehouse work.

  • Creative thinking skills, ability to meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Strategic mindset with great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and coordinating paid campaigns is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong storytelling and content writing skills tailored for each platform.
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape in Saudi Arabia.
